Must have at least 4 years experience in the child care field with at least 12 ECE units, preferred degree in Early Childhood Education. Must love the outdoors, have a passion for learning, and be willing to grow professionally. Experience with outdoor education preferred.
Must have a passion to grow in this role, with two years of experience in childcare. Pay DOE.
First Aid, CPR, and Forest School course work will be a required part of your training.
