Daily Schedule

This is a wonderful time to greet one another, hang up our backpacks and check in with the teachers. 

Drop-off is at our learning site, a short distance from the trailhead. We will enjoy free play for a while until we see an opportunity for emergent learning and guidance to take place.

We will encourage the children to join for circle to sing. This is a special time to sing about each individual child as well as use rhythm and movement to enhance skills.  Afterwards we will offer tea and snack time to the children, this may include a book or story. 

Child-led activities and play.

At lunch time we will gather as a group to have lunch. This is a time we ask all children to sit, refuel  and take a break. 

Half-day nappers pick-up time.

This is an opportunity for us to have an optional project-based group activity and free play. 

Please arrive by 2:30pm to pick up your child.

We start this class every morning with a hike. Each day is planned with intention in either math, science or the arts in mind.  

We will encourage the children to join for circle to sing. This is a special time to sing about each individual child as well as use rhythm and movement to enhance skills.  Afterwards we will offer tea and snack time to the children, this may include a book or story.  We then head back to home base. .

Our enrichment leaders have a learning plan for  the day to enhance the project based, long term emergent learning. This includes hiking, building, nature journaling., storytelling and more. 

At lunch time we will gather as a group to have lunch and finish projects. 

After care is available until 2:30pm
